Series Type Multiple Battery Charger is heavy duty continuous rated battery shop equipment for series charging applications. Charger provides 90 volts finish charge voltage for 36 cells. (six 12 volt batteries)Industrial duty transformer construction and rectifier diodes give these chargers long life and rugged reliability needed for continuous duty in busy shops.

Output Current for 36 Cells-The C 1290 can charge up to 36 cells (six 12 volt batteries) to a final charging voltage of 15 volts each. Is rated for 12 amps continuous charging current.
Circuit Protection-Fuse protection is provided for both the primary and secondary circuits to protect against accidental reverse connections and against overloading of the charger. Fuses are replaceable on the front cabinet panel.
Rate Control Adjustments-Rate control switches provide for coarse and fine control of charging output levels. Each switch offers eight positions for accurate control of charging current.
Dual Voltage Transformer-Can be used with either 115 or 230 volt ac power inputs. Simple internal jumper wires allow for quick selection of correct input power voltage
